Residential Housebuilding | Traditional Build
We're working with an established housebuilder looking to appoint a Site Manager for a traditional build residential development in Essex.
This would suit an experienced Site Manager, but the business would also consider a strong Assistant Site Manager who is ready to step up and run their own site.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the development, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining build quality and programme, and ensuring health & safety standards are consistently met.
What we're looking for:
- Residential housebuilding experience
- Traditional build experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of build stages and NHBC standards
- Confident managing trades and subcontractors
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Either proven Site Manager experience or an Assistant Site Manager ready to step up
