VP - Export Credit Agency - Origination / Execution

As Vice President, you will play a key role in both originating and executing ECA and development finance transactions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, sovereign entities, exporters and project sponsors.
• Identifying and originating new business opportunities across export finance and structured lending markets.
• Structuring financing solutions involving ECAs, MDBs and DFIs.
• Leading transactions from initial pitch and mandate acquisition through to financial close.
• Preparing and presenting credit applications to internal stakeholders and approval committees.
• Coordinating due diligence, financial analysis and transaction execution processes.
• Negotiating commercial terms and supporting documentation processes.
• Working closely with legal, credit, syndication and operations teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Supporting the delivery of revenue, portfolio and strategic growth objectives.
• Representing the business externally and developing relationships across the broader export finance market.
