Delivery experience is ideal , but not essential.

• Individuals with no recruitment experience , as long as you have the right attitude and can pick up the industry.

The Role

This is a true delivery role built around quality, not volume.

You’ll focus on:

• Strategic headhunting and deep candidate engagement

• Working with passive candidates in niche Defence markets

• Market mapping and targeted outreach

• Intelligent qualification – not high‑volume CV sending

• Building trusted, advisory‑led relationships

• Running candidate‑led BD alongside the consultant

You’ll be supported, trusted, and given space to do recruitment properly.

Market exposure
