Commercial Contracts Associate Solicitor – 4+ PQE

Location: Birmingham | National Law Firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Contracts Associate Solicitor to join the highly regarded commercial team of a leading national law firm in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 4+ PQE solicitor with a strong background in general commercial contracts who is looking to take the next step in their career within a successful, well-established and growing team.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced commercial lawyers advising a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients across a broad range of commercial matters.

Your work will include:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
Advising clients on contractual risk and commercial strategy.
Supporting clients throughout the full contract lifecycle.
Advising on terms and conditions, supply and distribution agreements, services agreements, NDAs and other commercial arrangements.
Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver a seamless service to clients.
Developing strong and trusted relationships with clients and becoming a key point of contact for ongoing commercial advice.
About You

We are looking for a 4+ PQE Commercial Contracts Solicitor with:

Strong experience in general commercial contracts.
A solid grounding in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
Excellent technical and commercial awareness.
The ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Experience gained within a national or leading regional law firm.
A genuine interest in developing your career within a high-quality commercial practice.

You will be a confident and pragmatic lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to build on an already strong commercial skill set.
