Advanced Nurse Practitioners – Out of Hours Service (Cambridgeshire & Peterborough)
Merco Medical is currently seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support a busy Out of Hours (OOH) service across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
You’ll be responsible for seeing and treating patients of all ages through a mix of telephone triage, face-to-face appointments, and home visits, depending on base location.
Job Type: Locum
Pay Rates:
- Weekday (8:00–18:00): up to £50.00/hr (LTD)
- Evenings (18:00-0:00): Up to £55.00/hr (LTD)
- Evenings/Weekends: up to £57.00/hr (LTD)
- Bank Holidays: up to £70.00/hr (LTD)
Payment Options: LTD Company, Umbrella, PAYE
Available Sites:

- Peterborough
- Doddington
- Huntingdon
- Cambridge
Essential Requirements:
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent credentialing)
- Independent Prescriber
- Minor Illness, Injury and Clinical Assessment Module
- Previous Adastra experience (incl PaCCs)
- Minimum 6 months OOH experience
- Confident treating patients of all ages (newborn upwards)
- Competent in palliative care and death verification
- Ability to work autonomously
