Prior clearance will not be transferrable.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage Owners Scope procurement activities and reporting across the programme. The role is responsible for planning and coordinating procurement packages delivered directly by the Owner (outside main EPC/GC contracts), maintaining robust governance and controls, and providing clear performance reporting to support decision making.
