Puro Associates are working with a growing law firm in Liverpool City Centre that is looking to appoint an experienced Legal Operations Manager. This is a key management position responsible for overseeing the firm's day-to-day operations, supporting multiple teams and ensuring the business continues to operate efficiently and in line with legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to improve processes, maintain high standards of client care and support the continued growth of the firm. The Role

- Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the firm.
- Lead and supervise teams across multiple departments.
- Develop and implement effective operational processes and procedures.
- Monitor legal, regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Establish and maintain quality standards across the firm.
- Review operational data and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee staffing, resources and workflow to maximise efficiency.
- Work closely with senior management on operational strategy and business planning.
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes and technology.
- Manage relationships with external providers and professional stakeholders.
- Promote a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience working within a law firm in an operational, management or leadership capacity.
- Strong experience managing and supervising legal teams.
- Good understanding of legal operations, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments, priorities and projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and efficiency.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work closely with Partners and senior management.
