Team Leader - Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health & Complex Needs Supported Living
Location: Shildon, County Durham, DL4
Salary: £13.65 per hour (£28,392 per annum) or £13.14 per hour (£27,331.20 per annum) - depending on experience
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Days Only
Additional: £500 Joining Bonus
* Leading and motivating a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Overseeing daily operations within supported living environments
* Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and independence
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and safeguarding policies
* Building strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies
* Promoting a positive, inclusive, and empowering culture What you'll bring:
* Experience working within social care, supporting individuals with complex needs
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure Desired Skills & Qualifications:
* Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs
* Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., Level 3 or above)
