Program Overview

Our Enterprise Credit Summer Analyst Program is designed to offer candidates the opportunity to work within our credit underwriting business.

The fundamental role of the Enterprise Credit team is to assess a counterparty’s credit risk, which requires a deep understanding of a company's industry, competitive position, strategy and financial performance. You will form a core member of the client coverage team from day one and will help to underwrite, structure, execute and monitor both new and existing Corporate and Financial Institution clients.

Eligibility

• We welcome applicants from all degree backgrounds – from the arts and humanities to numerically focused subjects like economics and mathematics.
• You must be working toward an undergrad or postgrad degree from an accredited university or college, with graduation between September 2026 and June 2027.
• You’ll need at least 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) and be on track for a 2:1 (or equivalent).
• You must be available to join the program from June – August 2027.

Our Recruitment Process

We keep recruitment as transparent and straightforward as possible.

After you have completed an application form, we’ll ask you to send a self-recorded video interview where you respond to a few simple question prompts – to help us get to know you better. If your application is successful, we’ll then invite you to an assessment center for two interviews assessing your competency for the role and your technical abilities.
