We are currently seeking a Therapeutic Intervention Lead to join our team as a School Counsellor. This role involves working closely with students throughout the whole school to provide therapeutic support aimed at improving their well-being and personal development. No previous experience or specific curriculum knowledge is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people in an educational setting. Skills and Qualifications:- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen empathetically
- Ability to build trusting relationships with children, families, and staff
- Basic understanding of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents
- Willingness to learn therapeutic techniques relevant to supporting student wellbeing
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage confidential information responsibly
