Contract: Full Time - Perm

Hour: 30 - 37 hours per week

Pay: £16.32 per hour weekdays & £17.32 per hour weekends

Shift Times: 7.30am to 2.30pm/2.30pm to 9.30pm - Weekdays and alternative Weekends

Location: 44 Church Street, Rickmansworth, WD3 1JE

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our welcoming team at Riverside Lodge Care Home in Rickmansworth . This luxury 75-bed care home offers exceptional residential, dementia and respite care in elegant surroundings, featuring stylish lounges and dining areas, a hair and beauty salon, cinema, café, spacious en-suite bedrooms, and beautifully landscaped gardens, all in the heart of Rickmansworth

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead with compassion, inspire the team and make a real difference every day. Turn your passion for care into leadership and help create exceptional moments for residents every day.

What You'll Bring

* Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
* Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
* You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
* Reviewing and updating care plans.
* Giving personal care to residents.
* Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift
