Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Start Your Recruitment Career

- £25,500 basic salary + uncapped commission
- 1st year OTE £30–35k (top billers £100k+)

- Clear progression to Senior Recruitment Consultant and beyond
- Structured training, coaching and ongoing development
You will be trained to manage a 360 recruitment desk , working with candidates and clients. Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Business development using sales and commercial techniques
- Understanding client needs and role requirements
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Handling feedback, pressure and rejection positively
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays) Your First 6 Months
