Supported Living Manager
Location: East Sussex
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (full-time or part-time considered)
Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting a Supported Living Manager to join an established provider in East Sussex. The role involves overseeing multiple supported living sites supporting young adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities, working alongside a wider senior management team.
- Oversee day-to-day management across multiple supported living sites
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred support for young adults
- Lead and develop staff teams across all sites
- Ensure full CQC compliance, safeguarding, and inspection readiness
- Maintain accurate care plans, risk assessments, and documentation
- Background in supported living, residential, mental health, or learning disabilities
- Proven staff management experience
- Strong understanding of CQC standards
- Working towards Level 5 or above — solid experience essential
- Full UK driving licence — desirable
Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Polegate, Lewes, Newhaven, Bexhill-on-Sea and surrounding areas.
