Senior / Principal Technology Recruiter

Location: Manchester (Hybrid 3 days in) 

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 base (negotiable) + commission + benefits

You'll be partnering directly with the founders two recruitment powerhouses billing £500K- £700K each annually as their true peer and driving force behind major client wins and talent strategies.

• Own and scale full-cycle tech recruitment across niche markets including SaaS, Sales, Infrastructure, Digital or Product with some of the most exciting brands in tech.

What You will Own:

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying rare talent to closing senior hires across multiple regions: UK, USA, and Continental Europe.
• Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and C-suite stakeholders, positioning yourself as the go-to expert on specialist tech talent markets.
• Drive new business development initiatives, including talent mapping, client pitches, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
• Manage and deliver against high-profile mandates, designing repeatable recruitment frameworks to meet ambitious growth targets.
• Mentor and inspire junior recruiters, setting the standard for performance, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with founders on commercial strategy, pipeline forecasting, and revenue growth.

• A proven heavyweight in tech recruitment, comfortable with the full sales-to-hire 360 cycle.
• Experienced across specialist tech markets
• Commercially sharp with a deep understanding of billing, KPIs, and how to maximize profitability.
• Confident influencing senior leaders and clients across multiple regions including the UK, USA, and Europe.
• A self-starter with entrepreneurial flair and self motivation who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
• Passionate about developing others and building teams that punch above their weight.
