Minibus Driver Wanted
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (with weekend work available)

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and professional Minibus Driver to support our client, a well-established transport provider operating throughout East Sussex and the surrounding areas.
This role involves the safe and timely transportation of passengers to various destinations, including schools, community centres, care facilities, workplaces, and local events across East Sussex.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout East Sussex and surrounding areas.
- Carry out scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting where required.
- Maintain accurate journey records and complete any required paperwork.
- Provide a professional and courteous service to passengers and customers.
- Adhere to all driving regulations, company policies, and transport legislation.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and security of the vehicle.
Please be aware that your role may not be limited to these tasks.
Requirements
- Valid UK Driving Licence with D1 entitlement (or Category D Licence).
- Valid CPC Qualification Card (where applicable).
- Previous minibus driving experience preferred.
- Good geographical knowledge of East Sussex and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Right to work in the UK.
