We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a growing finance team. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple jurisdictions, supporting management reporting, financial analysis and the delivery of high-quality financial information to stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to broaden their experience within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Group Financial Controller in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and internal financial reporting
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes
- Assist with the preparation of statutory financial information in accordance with FRS 102
- Manage and monitor banking activities, including reconciliations and cash flow reporting
- Maintain and develop financial reporting within NavOne and other finance systems
- Produce meaningful financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
- Ensure financial information is delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors where required
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting efficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Ideally 1–2 years' post-qualification experience
- Experience within a finance or accounting function, including management reporting responsibilities
- Good working knowledge of FRS 102
- Experience using NavOne or similar general ledger systems
- Familiarity with banking platforms and treasury-related activities
- Experience with Power BI would be advantageous
