Pro Finance is working with a growing and ambitious accountancy practice in Norwich to recruit an Accounts Semi-Senior / Outsourcing Semi Senior .

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic office that has expanded rapidly and continues to win significant new business. You'll work with a varied client portfolio, enjoy excellent progression prospects and gain exposure to accounts, outsourcing, VAT and personal tax work.

With continued growth and trainees joining the team, there is a genuine opportunity to develop into a senior position and take on increasing responsibility in the coming years.

The Role

You'll work closely with a range of owner-managed businesses, supporting the delivery of high-quality accounting and advisory services.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing year-end statutory accounts
• Bookkeeping and management accounts
• Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
• Assisting with personal tax compliance
• Liaising directly with clients and resolving queries
• Working with cloud accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks and Dext
• Supporting senior team members on advisory and compliance work
• Building strong client relationships

About You

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience within an accountancy practice
• Experience preparing year-end accounts
• Exposure to VAT and bookkeeping work
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Experience using Xero, QuickBooks, Dext or similar software
• ACA or ACCA studies underway, or plans to study
