IP Litigation Associate

A V-10, AmLaw Top 50 firm are looking to expand their Intellectual Property Litigation team with an Associate in either their D.C. or New York office that has around 4-7 years of experience. Described as a litigation powerhouse, they sit comfortably atop their perch as a top five firm for litigation specifically in Vault's rankings. Quick overview of the role:

• Drafting pleadings, motions and briefs
• Managing written discovery
• Conducting legal research

What they're looking for:

• 4-7 years of IP litigation experience
• To be barred in the state you'd be working in and for the bar to be in good standing
• Strong academic background
• Preference for those who have completed a clerkship but not essential
