Management Accountant - Central London - Hybrid
Permanent hire - £55,000 - £60,000 DOE
Robert Half are partnering with a growing, specialist recruitment firm to hire a newly created Management Accountant position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking for a broad, hands-on role within a growing SME environment.
Company:
The business is an established UK-based talent and recruitment organisation operating across specialist technology, data, digital and transformation markets. It has an international presence and the organisation works with a range of high-profile global clients.
The Role:
Reporting directly into the CFO, this is a newly created position driven by continued business growth.
The role will provide broad exposure across financial accounting, management reporting and commercial finance, including:
- Ownership of the month-end close
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and MI packs
- Detailed variance analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Payroll
- VAT and other statutory finance responsibilities
- Liaising with external auditors
- Supporting the CFO with ad hoc requests or projects
- Helping to improve and develop finance processes as the business continues to scale
About You:
We are ideally looking for someone who is ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or recently qualified.
You could be:
- An industry-trained Management Accountant looking for a broader role with greater ownership
- A newly qualified accountant from practice looking to make the move into industry
- Good communication skills, ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, desire to learn etc
