Location: Glenholme, Hightrees, Enfield, EN2 9AA
Hours: Full-time opportunities available, up to 37.5 hours per week (Day shifts only)
Hourly Rate: £12.75 - £12.95 per hour (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + Paid Training + Health & Wellbeing Benefits + Career Development Opportunities

Competitive Salary Progression or Starting Salary For Those That Already Hold A Qualification:
£12.85 per hour upon completion of a fully funded Care Certificate
£12.95 per hour upon completion of a fully funded Level 2 NVQ qualification

What You'll Do:
As a Support Worker , you will help individuals with learning disabilities lead fulfilling and independent lives by promoting choice, inclusion, and dignity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
Teaching and encouraging independent living skills
Supporting individuals with medication management
Facilitating community-based activities such as swimming, social events, and leisure outings

- Previous experience working with learning disabilities and mental health (essential)
