Prepare nutritious home-cooked meals for weekly plan
I’m looking for a friendly caregiver to help with preparing meals at home. The job involves planning simple, balanced meals for the week, grocery shopping, cooking, and portioning for the family. I prefer meals that are easy to reheat, with options for vegetarian dishes. Basic kitchen cleanup after cooking and labeling portions is also required. The role is to support daily living, so reliability, good communication, and respecting dietary preferences are important. I’m flexible on start times, but I’d like to complete the cooking session before the evening.
