Business / Transaction Manager – Walton-on-Thames We are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive ready to progress into management for a 12-month maternity cover position in Walton-on-Thames. Applicants must have previous automotive sales experience, strong Finance & Insurance and compliance knowledge, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK. Job Details:
Location: Walton-on-Thames
Salary: £35,000 basic
OTE: £65,000
Contract: 12-month maternity cover
Hours: 44 hours per week on a rota basis – Monday to Friday 9:00am–6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am–5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am–3:00pm

Previous automotive sales experience – essential
Experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive would be suitable
Strong understanding of automotive Finance & Insurance products
Good knowledge of compliance and treating customers fairly
Confident coaching and supporting Sales Executives
Strong commercial awareness and performance focus
Comfortable monitoring results, planning and forecasting
Full UK Driving Licence – essential
