Early Years Teacher

Temporary, Full-time

A warm and supportive primary school in Whitefield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT who is passionate about providing high-quality early years education and supporting young children to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

You will take responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging Early Years lessons and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where children feel supported, confident and encouraged to develop their independence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative, engaging EYFS lessons and activities that meet the needs of all learners.

Assess, monitor, and track children's progress, adapting teaching where required.

Fulfil all professional responsibilities in line with the Teachers' Standards.

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

Has experience teaching in a UK primary or Early Years setting (placements accepted for ECTs).
