Retirement Communities Manager

£36.35k - £38.26k per annum

Retirement Communities Manager

Lawley Bank, Martingale Way, Lawley Bank, Telford, TF4 2PP

£36,348 per year Rising to £38,259 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance

Your role

  • Lead all aspects of life in the community, ensuring smooth 24/7 operations
  • Motivate and support a multi-disciplinary team to achieve great results
  • Work with the Chef Manager to deliver high-quality, value-for-money dining
  • Build strong relationships with residents, leaseholders, and stakeholders
  • Effectively manage and market voids
  • Ensure compliance and safety across housing and care services

Your skills

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial and business awareness
  • Ability to stay calm and empathetic in challenging situations
  • Confident using IT systems
