About You
We are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience of investment funds law gained either in a leading Irish law firm or in-house at an asset manager in Ireland. While this is the minimum requirement, we would welcome applications from solicitors with more post-qualification experience. An interest in using technology, especially AI, and an ability to work in another European language, especially German or French, would be beneficial.
About the Role
You will join Zeidler Legal Services LLP, an Irish law firm forming part of the wider Zeidler Group. The LLP acts as fund counsel to a growing list of Irish UCITS and QIAIFs. Your core responsibilities will be to deliver those fund counsel services and to work on a large recurring AIFMD compliance project. This is a part-time role, requiring that you work five half-days per week.
In addition to the core responsibilities described above, you will also be expected to contribute to the diverse range of legal and compliance services offered by the Zeidler Group as time allows.
As a senior lawyer within the firm, you will be expected to guide and develop more junior lawyers within the team. However, this is not merely a consultancy position – you will be client facing and take final responsibility for work delivered to clients.
