YOUR ROLE
CEVA Logistics are seeking a Stock Administrator to support operational activities within a fast-paced logistics environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of stock processes, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and supporting operational performance to meet and exceed both customer and company expectations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring inventory integrity across the operation. Produce reports and analysis for senior management, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, and ensure all issues are logged, tracked and closed efficiently. Working closely with operational teams and internal departments, you will manage stock related queries, use your initiative to identify solutions, and play a key role in delivering operational excellence while supporting the achievement of site KPIs and customer expectations.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will have previous experience within a stock control, inventory management or warehouse administration environment. You will be comfortable working with data, producing reports and maintaining accurate records in a fast-moving operation. We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams. A flexible approach, self motivation and a commitment to delivering high levels of accuracy are essential.
