Walk into 40 live roles from day one , either exclusive or retained

Fees upwards of £20k+ , with all work being agreed at 25%-30%

The team focuses on placing engineering, technology and AI talent into some of the fastest-growing VC-backed start-ups and scale-ups across Europe, covering roles across Land, Sea, Air and even Space!

Think space satellites, self-flying planes, cars, drones…

This hire is being made off the back of the team's success over the last 12 months, the strong pipeline of live opportunities and the huge amount of market still left to cover.

The Role:

What you’ll be doing:

Working across the European Aerospace & Defence market , with 40 live roles ready for you to step into from day one, including 15 retained positions.

Building your reputation as a specialist across areas including Hardware/Embedded Engineering, Software Engineering and AI , placing high-calibre talent into some of the fastest growing VC backed startups/scale ups on a retained or exclusive basis .

Building your personal brand and network within the market , with success driven by relationships, industry knowledge and being visible within the sector rather than relying solely on traditional cold calling.

The Requirements:

• A proven track record in 360 recruitment, from winning new clients to delivering on roles that you’ve personally brought into the business.

• Experience within Engineering, Hardware/Embedded, Software Engineering or AI would be highly relevant.

• Alternatively, we’re open to recruiters who have placed with early-stage VC/PE backed startups and scale ups, particularly those who have partnered with businesses Pre-Seed to Series C.

• Someone who is naturally relationship-driven , enjoys networking and wants to become a genuine specialist within their market.

• A self-starter who wants the freedom and responsibility to build their own space, while being happy working within an established team and get involved in our culture!

The Rewards:

This is a rare opportunity to join a desk that is already hot, rather than being asked to build from scratch. With bigger fees comes bigger billing potential and a genuine opportunity to bill £300k+ in your first year.

We know the opportunity is there because we’ve already seen it happen. One of our 2026 new starters has already billed £150k in their first 6 months in the business coming from a completely different background/market.

One of our trainees joined us with less than 6 months experience in recruitment and has already made their first placement in month 1!

• This isn’t your typical overly saturated market; it’s an opportunity to be part of an emerging market with very few recruitment businesses in the UK targeting Europe.

• You’ll be joining our growing London team which has already moved offices a couple of times due to expansion. You will have a clear pathway on exactly what you need to do to progress in your career with us.

• You’ll be working alongside a team of genuinely nice people who collaborate, support each other and all want to build something amazing. Not to mention a manager who has worked the European market and lived in Germany with over 10 years’ experience.

• You don’t need to come in as an Aerospace & Defence expert. What matters is your ability to build relationships, understand your market and become a true specialist.

• You’re joining a privately owned business, currently at 140 heads with serious plans to grow by 2027 and the opportunity to be involved in our new EMI share scheme.
