We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturer based in Ely. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their workshop team with a reliable and motivated individual who enjoys practical, hands-on work.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position within a supportive and stable manufacturing environment.

Duties Include:

* Assembling and manufacturing products to a high standard
* Using a variety of hand tools and workshop machinery safely and efficiently
* Measuring, preparing and fitting components with accuracy
* Carrying out quality inspections throughout the production process
* Handling raw materials and finished products within the workshop
* Following production instructions and meeting quality standards
* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
* Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a manufacturing, workshop or production environment
* Experience working with timber or wood is highly desirable
* Confident using hand tools and machinery
* Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
