We are looking for a reliable School Caretaker for a secondary school in the picturesque village of Lenham . This is a varied role that requires a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently to keep the site running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Site Integrity: Conducting daily perimeter checks and ensuring the school is secure and vandal-free.
Repairs: Fixing furniture, changing locks, and clearing blocked drains or gutters.
Cleaning Oversight: Supervising the evening cleaning team and ensuring all supplies are ordered and stocked.
Event Support: Leading the physical setup for parent evenings, sports days, and local community lettings.
Candidate Profile
Versatility: You must be comfortable moving from a plumbing repair to setting up a stage for a drama production.
Independence: The ability to identify tasks and prioritize your own workload without constant supervision.
Local Focus: Ideally based in mid-Kent for ease of travel during emergency out-of-hours call-outs.
