Catering Assistant - Care Home | Norwich | Flexible Work Available
Our client, a friendly and well-regarded care home in the Norwich area, is currently seeking a dependable Catering Assistant to support their kitchen team.

The Role:
As a Catering Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring meals are prepared and served efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with basic food preparation (e.g. peeling, chopping, simple meal assembly)
* Serve meals and beverages to residents where required
* Wash up utensils, crockery, and kitchen equipment
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
* Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times What We're Looking For: * Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is desirable but not essential
* A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Own transport is desirable
* A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
