Occupational Health Team Administrator

£15.27k per annum
Part-time, Full-time

Employee Health & Wellbeing Administrator
Part-time | 22 hours per week, across five days
Based at Ashby-de-la-Zouch or Billingham

We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.

Join our snack-loving team
We’re looking for an Employee Health & Wellbeing (EHW) Administrator to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

About the role

This is a role where organisation, attention to detail and trust really matter. You’ll handle confidential information, support colleague health initiatives and help ensure our teams can access the right support at the right time. You’ll be at the heart of our health and wellbeing activity, connecting with colleagues across our Sites and functions to make a real difference to how we support our people every day.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love bringing structure to processes and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about colleagues, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What’s in it for you?
We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

  • Salary of £15,271 (pro-ratad amount) and annual salary review, plus KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions

  • Annual bonus scheme

  • 25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days (to be pro-ratad)

  • Comprehensive healthcare support including Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme

  • KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support

  • Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life

What will you be doing?

  • Delivering accurate and confidential administration
Coordinating health reviews and surveillance schedules, maintaining sensitive health records and supporting the smooth delivery of EHW services

  • Managing data and supporting reporting
Inputting, updating and maintaining wellbeing data, helping the team spot trends and produce meaningful reports

  • Supporting colleague engagement
Acting as a first point of contact for health and wellbeing queries, helping colleagues access the support and resources available

  • Maintaining documentation and compliance
Managing digital and paper-based records in line with data protection requirements and EHW policies

  • Collaborating across teams
Working closely with wider Human Resources and Health and Safety to support a joined-up approach to colleague wellbeing

Who are we?
We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

We’re committed to inclusion
We’re building a workplace where everyone belongs. If you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you – your unique perspective could be just what we need. And if there’s anything we can do to make the process easier for you, just let us know.

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:

  • Administrative experience in a confidential environment
Ideally within Health, Human Resources or a manufacturing setting where accuracy and discretion are essential

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and keep information up to date and accurate

  • Confidence working with data and systems
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with some familiarity with Adobe

  • Clear and approachable communication skills
Able to support colleagues and build strong working relationships across teams

  • A proactive and supportive mindset
Someone who takes pride in helping others and improving how things work
