- Define and lead the enterprise data strategy, governance framework, and standards
- Design and implement scalable data architecture across commercial, HR, finance, and operational systems
- Integrate fragmented data sources into a unified, trusted data platform
- Build foundations for advanced analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to shape the cloud data platform roadmap (Azure environment)
- Establish best practices for data quality, lineage, metadata, and master data management
- Act as the organisation's subject matter expert for data architecture and governance
