The Role Reporting to the CEO, you will build and lead the finance function from the ground up. * Establish financial operations, management reporting, and monthly close processes * Build accurate forecasting models and cash flow projections to support strategic planning * Create commercial dashboards and analysis that inform pricing, customer economics, and product decisions * Implement robust internal controls, governance, and accounting policies fit for a maturing business * Lead audit processes, statutory reporting, and investor communication and reporting * Recruit and develop a growing finance team as the business scales * Partner with leadership on M&A evaluation, fundraising mechanics, and long-term financial strategy What we are looking for
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 5+ years in a similar finance leadership role * Proven experience in technology, SaaS, or venture-backed businesses at a similar growth stage * Strong commercial instinct and ability to translate financial data into business insight * Technical competence in financial modelling, forecasting, and GAAP reporting * Track record of building finance teams and implementing systems in a scaling environment * Ability to communicate with confidence at board and investor level
