Funds Associate

Do you have a passion for financial services and a keen eye for detail? Are you an ambitious Lawyer with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) looking to take your career to the next level?
We are a leading international law firm with a pre-eminent funds practice seeking a talented Funds Associate to join our team in London. About the role:In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting our team on a variety of complex funds transactions, including:
- Fund formation and structuring
- Regulatory advice
- Tax planning
- Due diligence on potential investments
- Drafting transaction documents
- Client relationship management
You will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates, gaining exposure to all aspects of the funds practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What we are looking for:- A qualified Lawyer with experience in funds work
- A strong understanding of the UK regulatory regime for funds
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
