Responsibilities :
- Provide one-to-one mentoring for students needing additional support.
- Help with behaviour management and building student confidence.
- Assist students with academic planning and goal setting.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure consistent support.
Experience and Qualifications :
- Experience as a Learning Mentor or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A clear DBS check.
