Finance Business Partner
Location: Norwich with travel (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £57,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
A large and complex organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its finance team. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with senior operational leaders, providing financial insight, challenge and support to drive performance and improve outcomes.
You will act as a trusted advisor, playing a key role in financial planning, performance monitoring and strategic decision-making across your designated business areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing expert financial advice and business partnering support to senior stakeholders
* Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
* Producing and presenting monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis
* Identifying financial risks and opportunities, supporting corrective action where needed
* Supporting business cases, investment appraisals and strategic initiatives
* Monitoring financial and operational performance, using data to drive insight and improvement
* Leading and developing a small finance team
* Supporting continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and controls About You * Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role
* Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
* Experience working within a large, complex or multi-site organisation
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
