An exciting opportunity has come up to join a forward thinking, growing legal software consultancy in London as a technical consultant. The main purpose of this role is to deliver successful software implementations and integrations and communicate clearly and effectively with customers. Main duties:

- Configuring software and integrating with customer systems.
- Contributing to implementation workshops.
- Producing technical documentation and handover materials.
- Gathering requirements and converting them into technical tasks.
- Troubleshooting issues and arranging resolutions.
- Building and documenting SQL migrations.
- Communicating decisions and technical risks clearly to customers.
- Analysing data sources and defining transformation rules.
- Strong experience delivering software implementations.
- Advanced SQL skills
- Previous demonstrable data quality and data migration work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Legal technology or information governance experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft, ASP and C#.
