Factory and Manufacturing Operative, Sheffield S13

Hours: Monday to Friday / 8am-4pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Duties of a Factory/Manufacturing Operative:

• Manufacturing timber frame panels, roof trusses, and floor systems.
• Operating machinery and production equipment.
• Using hand and power tools to assemble timber products.
• Checking finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Handling and moving timber materials within the factory.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Assisting with general factory and production duties as required.

Experience required of a Factory/Manufacturing Operative :

• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
• Experience in production or assembly is desirable
