We are delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in the recruitment of a Trainee Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual looking to start their career in Trust and Corporate Services. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will gain exposure to a varied portfolio of clients while developing valuable skills in client administration, governance services and relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Trust and Corporate Services team with the day-to-day administration of a diverse client portfolio
- Assist with client relationship management and governance-related activities
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Prepare correspondence, forms and supporting documentation as required
- Support the team with regulatory and compliance-related administrative tasks
- Build knowledge of trust, corporate and fiduciary services through on-the-job training and professional development
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Sound academic background with a minimum of 5 GCSE passes at grades A–C (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Previous office or administrative experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Desire to undertake, or currently working towards, an industry-recognised professional qualification

- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
