This is a great role for someone who thrives on organisation, takes pride in quality, and wants to deepen their understanding of how we deliver incredible guest experiences.

- Manage tickets and keep service organised
- Maintain consistency across every plate leaving the kitchen
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service

- Experience working on a pass or as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with both kitchen and front of house teams
- A calm, focused approach under pressure
- Someone who takes pride in quality and consistency
- Someone who wants to grow and develop in hospitality
What To Expect
- Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc total package usually between £12.71 to £13.21 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
- A high energy working environment with a strong team around you.
