You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of surgical specialities. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will:
- Support the delivery of safe and efficient theatre care
- Prepare and manage equipment and consumables
- Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver an excellent patient experience through strong communication and professionalism
- NMC or HCPC registration
- Proven experience as a Scrub Practitioner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Surgical First Assistant qualification
- Advanced Surgical Practitioner qualification
