We are currently recruiting for experienced Damp and Mould Operatives to work with a reputable contractor on social housing properties across the Croydon area
Job Details:

• Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Type: Ongoing
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm ( Half hour break) 
• Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat damp and mould issues in occupied and void social housing properties
• Carry out relevant repairs, including anti-mould washes, redecoration, and associated carpentry or plastering tasks
• Identify underlying issues and report where further work may be required
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants
• Maintain clear records of work completed using a PDA or job sheets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in damp and mould work, preferably in social housing
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Own tools (specialist tools can be provided where necessary)
• Valid CSCS card (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and customer service approach
