I’d prefer a walker who can meet him in the morning near my flat, enjoy a quick chat about his routine, and send a quick update after the walk. Please note any dog-friendly routes you propose and how you handle weather or rainy days. Flexible start time but ideally around mid-morning. Accommodations for a key drop-off can be arranged if you’ve got a secure way to access my place.
