Forensic Accountant

Robert Half is recruiting a Forensic Accountant for our client in East Hertfordshire , on an interim basis for 3 months initially.

The position of Forensic Accountant will require the following duties ;

• Review all payments in the last 18 months from 7 different bank accounts to ensure they are correct with correct authorisation
• Review all master data changes in the last 18 months to ensure accurate data
• Review SODs
• Review AR balances and confirm they are correct
• Review All transactions in the last 18 months and through sampling ensure they are correct with the correct authorisation
• Cover for other financial duties.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified accountant with 5 years post qualified experience.
• Advance knowledge of Excel - as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
• Good understanding of Sage 200 or SAP
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Auditing or Forensic accounting background for large corporations
• Payroll and general accounting experience

The position of Forensic Accountant will be 100% based in the office and is an urgent requirement.
