Robert Half is recruiting a Forensic Accountant for our client in East Hertfordshire , on an interim basis for 3 months initially.
The position of Forensic Accountant will require the following duties ;
- Review all payments in the last 18 months from 7 different bank accounts to ensure they are correct with correct authorisation
- Review all master data changes in the last 18 months to ensure accurate data
- Review SODs
- Review AR balances and confirm they are correct
- Review All transactions in the last 18 months and through sampling ensure they are correct with the correct authorisation
- Cover for other financial duties.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified accountant with 5 years post qualified experience.
- Advance knowledge of Excel - as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Good understanding of Sage 200 or SAP
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Auditing or Forensic accounting background for large corporations
- Payroll and general accounting experience
The position of Forensic Accountant will be 100% based in the office and is an urgent requirement.
