Finisher / Multi Trade x2 Location: Merseyside Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Our client is a Liverpool-based building and property services company that works across the North West. They mainly do: Social housing repairs and maintenance Empty-home (“void”) works Kitchen and bathroom installations ️ Property refurbishments ♿ Adaptations for residents ⚡ Electrical, heating and plumbing work ️ Development and construction projects General repairs and planned works Due to a busy work stream, they are looking for 2 experienced Finishers / Multi Traders to join their planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis. The Role The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out a range of finishing and multi-trade works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Requirements Experience as a Finisher / Multi Trader. Good knowledge across a range of trades. High standard of workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK Driving Licence essential. Professional approach when working in residents' homes. NVQ & CSCS required
