Learning Support Assistant (Behaviour)

Do you have experience supporting secondary-aged pupils with Additional Learning Needs / ALN? Are you confident supporting young people with Autism / ASD and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties / EBD? Are you a resilient and adaptable LSA who can build positive relationships with pupils? TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary-aged Pupil Referral Unit / PRU based in Caerphilly. The provision supports pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs / ALN, including ASD and EBD, providing additional support to help young people engage positively with their education. The PRU is looking to take on an LSA on a full-time, temporary basis from ASAP until Christmas. The successful LSA will support secondary-aged pupils with ASD and EBD, helping them to engage with learning, manage their behaviour and develop positive relationships within the provision.
