Our elite US firm client is looking to hire a Lawyer with 4-6 years' PQE to join its growing London Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex financing, restructuring and capital solutions transactions for leading funds, financial institutions and sponsors.
You will advise on a range of sophisticated matters, including:
- Structured Finance
- General Banking & Finance
- Project Finance
- CMBS
- Distressed & Restructuring Finance
- Fund Finance
You will play a key role in executing transactions, managing client relationships and mentoring junior Lawyers, while working closely with colleagues across Finance, Restructuring and Corporate.
Requirements for the role:
- 4-6 years' PQE, England & Wales qualified.
- Experience in complex finance transactions.
- Strong technical skills in one or more relevant finance disciplines.
- Restructuring experience is advantageous.
- Ability to manage matters with a high degree of independence.
