About You

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns to live their daily lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with them.

 

Our Shifts:  Thee are three staff on shift at each time. Sleep in shift and days shifts at the service.

 

Contract:  Bank

 

Driving License Required:  no

 

What you will be doing

• We are proud of our extent activity programmes
• We go for walks, days out, shopping, lunch out, Group BBQs
• We all have different interests that we discuss with staff
• We would like to go on holiday on our own and with staff team, we like to live independently
• We access the community by bus and taxis
• We like people to stick to our routines, and people who listen to us, we don’t like people who don’t want to help us as this makes us upset

Staff will be trained in ADHD, Epilepsy, EUPD and Autism.
