As a Site Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Production Workshop . You’ll oversee site operations, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.

Responsibilities of a Site Manager will include:

• Driving productivity and team performance

• Leading by example to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld

• Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

• Supporting, guiding, and developing your team to achieve excellence

• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the Production Director

• Ensuring the workshop remains well-organised, compliant, and customer-focused

Skills and experience required as a Site Manager:

We’re seeking a hands-on leader with a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for high standards. You’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in a bodyshop or automotive environment

• Proven people management and leadership skills

• Expertise in modern repair techniques and quality assurance

• A customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
