Operations Manager - Grantham

· Lead the day-to-day management of all site activities, ensuring safe and efficient operation of multiple plants

· Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental permits, health & safety legislation, and company policies.

· Manage, develop, and motivate site staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

· Deliver operational targets relating to safety, productivity, efficiency, quality, and service.

· Ensure effective scheduling, planning, and resource utilisation to meet customer requirements.

· Oversee site maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure operational resilience.

· Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and KPIs, reporting regularly to senior management.

· Liaise with customers, regulators, contractors, and suppliers to maintain positive relationships and resolve issues effectively.

· Deliver KPI driven continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency, safety performance, and sustainability.
